Three years ago, I bought the Simplex+ detector. Permission granted for historic property behind a funeral home. Previous detectorists tried their luck here. Simplex+ proved its worth, uncovering treasures a foot deep. Numerous epic digs on this less than an acre land. Unearthed thousands of artifacts missed by others. I to have both the Simplex and just recently ordered a Legend. I am still using both but at the end of the day go back to the Simplex. I to have recovered Civil War buttons at 10-12 inches deep. The price for the machines are both affordable and worth every penny.
