Found with a Simplex on Field setting

Hi everyone hope you are all well. This is a bit of a Longshot but can anyone shed any light on this please?
It looks like 2 figures on the front, one on the reverse. I can make out a small shield with a cross and the letters II. Thank you. Found with a Simplex on Field setting.
