Sadly have to head home to cooler weather in Melb shortly. I was detecting in a park and the workers nearby were putting in a new road. After a short chat they invited me to come over and detect where they had excavated the road. Found a penny – toasted and a 1951 half penny. Sydney did produce a few goodies today with a couple of pre decs, 1968/9 Bankstown dog tag and a 1962 Transport Workers Union badge no 70. Used Park Mode 2 on the Simplex+.
